"It's kind of embarrassing to write that. I have celiac disease and as most know it is difficult to find a good fast place to take lunch while working in the area. When an employee saw the gluten-free wrap option, she wouldn't have told me fast enough. I had it a few times and every time wonderful. It was so nice to be able to treat me every time at noon. But I'm not sure what happened this last time. But unfortunately I got a normal pack when I confirmed the phone. I wasn't really disturbed by the mistake, it happened, but I was worried by the answer, what was that you wanted to come back and we will make you a new one. It's an allergy, I had to talk to my PCP and ended up in a violent GI attack for the next days. While a normal response to 90% of the errors in this industry, if you have to do with allergies, you should know that the possibility to return is not really possible. Again mistakes happen, but those who know if you have an allergy attack from a place, you really can not return. If you have no allergies, I recommend this place, great packs and friendly staff."
