"The West Park Tavern is a reliable Go To neighborhood restaurant. There is nothing particularly creative on the menu and it offers a fairly standard bar food selection. That said, I have still been pleased with everything I have ever ordered. Their salads are plentiful to which I have added salmon that was quite good and cooked to my specification rare. Others whom I have dined with have also been happy with their selections. It's by no means a fancy place, but has a pleasant atmosphere. The bar area looks inviting, although I have never dined or socialized in it. The service has always been excellent, the prices are very reasonable, and the food, consistently good. Best of all, it is in my neighborhood. The West Park Tavern has yet to disappoint me"
