"I filled out the feedback form on my receipt requesting to be contacted, but I never heard back from anyone. When I went through the drive-thru and inquired about the hamburger, I was told it should be on either the right or left side, but I couldn't see it. I asked what toppings come on it and requested no onions. When I received my order, the sandwich bun was soaked in sauce and completely soggy, making a mess of the wrapper. Additionally, the onions were not excluded as I had requested. By the time I got home, I wasn’t about to drive back to sort it out. As someone who works in the fast food industry, I believe customers deserve better treatment than this. The other sandwich, a beef 'n cheddar, had no cheese on it at all. We were really disappointed, especially since we enjoy Arby’s and visit at least 12 times a month."
