"Our dining experience was disappointing for a few reasons. We were informed that there would be a 45-minute wait for our food due to a large table overwhelming the kitchen. Despite this, we decided to stay since we couldn't secure last-minute reservations. We opted for salads to make it easier for the staff, which arrived in a reasonable time. We were then told we could order entrees, which arrived quickly while we were still eating our salads. Unfortunately, the food was cold. When asked if we were satisfied, we expressed our disappointment. A young man, who we later found out was the manager, asked us again before leaving while we were still talking. The food was good when it was warm, and the staff was polite, but they seemed unprepared to run a high-quality dining establishment."
