"Underwhelming is probably the best word to describe this place. The cookies we got were fine, the sandwiches were actually quite good, but what kills it is the terrible administration of this place. We waited for over 30 minutes for two sandwiches that were not even hot, only regular meat and cheese bread. They were not busy, in sight at many times during our extensive visit they had more employees at hand at the time customers. The table behind us ordered a pizza after we had done it and still got their food before us, but it sounds like they lost the order of the table next to us, which just stopped. Too bad they ask for tips (selection: 15, 18, 20 and 25 percent), if you order, before you? ve received any kind of service. Many potential, but bad execution in this place, would not recommend."
