"Great spot for lunch. Stopped here the other day while traveling thru Conroe. The girl behind the counter was supper helpful and made few recommendations. The two meat platter was generously portioned and came with two sides. The brisket was great but the ribs were extremely fatty. The coleslaw was very good and the fries were done just right. The dining room is spacious and there’s also an outdoor patio if you choose to eat outside. They also sell beer in addition to fountain drinks and lemonade"

"This neighborhood bar is on the smaller side and offers mediocre food and bland beer selections. The clientele tends to be older regulars, creating a laid-back atmosphere. However, the fried food is of poor quality and overall not desirable."
