"Individual hot pot holds a special place in me and my wife's hearts. Their soup has lots of flavor and the ability to choose the spice level is awesome. And portion size is just right. So why 4 stars? Well, it CAN be a bit inconsistent. Over the years, we've been here nearing triple digit times, and sometimes the soup is too watery, but that is a big sometimes and doesn't happen too often. And when that does happen, we just let it boil off for a bit and we're good to go.Check this place out if you like or want to try out hot pot."
