"USUALLY, I have a great experience. Not today. I called in my order because I'm driving. But the owner couldn't understand me. I get here and order: chai w/chocolate and a toasted croissant. She asks, AGAIN, if I had chai w/chocolate here. Then, insists that I take the croissant as is because it's fresh. But I want it toasted (YES, that's how I order it here). Nope! I'm out the door with a COLD croissant w/butter on the side. I hope the rest of the day is better."
