"We recently ordered delivery from this restaurant and the delivery person was very friendly. However, it took over an hour for him to arrive on a rainy night, even though we live just 7 minutes away. I visited the restaurant yesterday and found it easy to park with a happy and friendly staff. The location is convenient and the restaurant is very clean and comfortable. I ordered The Works pizza with paprika, bacon, Italian sausage, green peppers, and black olives, and it was incredibly delicious as expected from Papa John's. I will definitely be returning in the future."

"I preordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party the day before. Unfortunately, they did not have them ready when promised. After calling them, they explained that their system had gone down. They rushed to fulfill our order and were able to provide us with the pizzas. The manager apologized and made things right with us. I had $10 to give the driver. the driver appears, knocks on the door, puts the pizza on the 30-degree step and continued to sit in her car and watch me. I'm not taking you the tip. "My party entered the restaurant to place an order and inquire about specials. A young man at the counter assisted us in choosing a special and provided an estimated time frame for our order. When we checked back, he informed us it would be ready in 4 minutes. True to his word, he personally delivered our order to our table, complete with paper plates and napkins. "On the 26th, an hour after placing our order, we still had not received our delivery. When we called, we were told they were short-staffed but they would make sure to deliver as soon as possible. Another hour went by and still no delivery. After calling again, the manager attempted to contact the driver, only to find out that the DoorDash driver had taken off with our order. They were kind enough to remake our order, but several items were missing and it did not arrive until 12:30. Due to this incident and other issues, my family has decided not to order from this chain again."

As the manager, you seem like a really cool guy, but at 10:30 it appears that all your workers are just on their phones and not attending to customers. I am surprised that this location is still open. Next time, please assist your customers and contact your customer support center to cancel an order if customers are unable to do it themselves. This is why I prefer Domino's Pizza on Devonshire and Woodley. Just wanted to share this for pizza lovers who hate waiting until the next day for their food when they are hungry. My child and I attempted to eat them, but the center was still raw. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager, Brandon, who offered to remake my food but I would have to pick it up again. I was unable to go back at 10 o'clock as suggested. Overall, I was very disappointed with this experience. I wish I could show a picture of the uncooked breadsticks."
