"I feel like I have to leave this review with the fact that I usually don't leave any reviews... but this special visit guaranteed a stellar review!!! We visited on Friday night, typical dinners. Every single restaurant in Eugene is always beyond the weekend, especially for dinner. Mazzi was no exception. We had a reservation that made our waiting less, although we waited about 20 minutes after our time. I had no problems with it. The food was worth it, the staff was worth it, I am so glad that we finally made the visit to this place!!! Hannah, you're AMAZING! Girls, smile and be! You did our night! You deserve an increase; for the rest of the staff I know that it is just hard to work in an industry where your customers are friendly, but just stay yourself! Every one of you was warm and welcoming tonight. Thanks for the perfect night!"

"this location has terrible customer service. the first 10 stood for 10 minutes before someone recognized me. while a person stood right in front of me folding boxes did not say that she just looked at me, then when a woman finally helped me, she had the evil attutid. No one had ever had on a name tag so that woman was with red tipped hair must return even though customer service training because she rude. she commanded me, didn't say a word had gone. I would never eat at this place ever."

"at the last weekend ordered for my older parents online. did not ask for any soss because it makes mother sick. the pizza had sauce, but no cheese. was asked to wait 15 minutes while roasting the pizza. 2. pizza had no cheese sauce. was asked to wait another 15 minutes for a third pizza. had it without complaining. 3. pizza was right. I only took 55 minutes. we really like mr jims when they get it right, so we gave them the advantage of doubt and also ordered at this weekend. I was not there so the older order delivery online. no sose. sardels on the side. the order was delivered 40 minutes later. sauce without cheese. not sardelle. when they said that the order was not correct, the staff was very short with the older and said it would be at least 45 minutes to rotate the pizza because they are very busy. two hours later they got a pizza without anchovy. customer service at this place leaves much to be desired. we have been good customers for many years. answer as “I’m sorry. we will give them free sardels next time” are unacceptable. answer how “can we get it right next time” are unacceptable. make them better man jim on the n davis road!"

"I just picked up my online order. The pizza is okay. The customer service was bad. I had to greet them with a ' how are you? ' I paid cash and the 'Big Guy ', no name badges were worn, was irritated when I asked for a receipt. He stated because I paid in cash they don 't provide a receipt. That didn 't make sense at all. He printed some kind of ingredient list. I also had to ask for the garlic sauce and ranch dressing I paid for. As they didn 't provide it in the foldedand stapled sack."

"I don?t know why my son?s name came up when the account is in my name but my name is Mary and I am the one leaving the review. Mr. Jim?s pizza is usually delicious and has always been perfect in the past. However, the last two orders we have placed have been unsatisfactory to say the least. The first time was a few weeks ago. We get the order home and my garden salad is lettuce. Only lettuce. So I said okay maybe someone forgot to add the the veggies. Then I realized theydidn?t give me the ranch to go on my lettuce. So at this point I?m getting a little frustrated but agin, Mr. Jim?s is usually on point so I thought ok, they are having an off day at Mr. Jim?s. Then we get to the pizza and the pizza isburned. The crust didn?t have the garlic Parmesan crust like we ordered. It was plain. We agreed that this day was just a fluke. We ate it and moved on. Today we order Mr. Jim?s again and granted they said I could still place an order at8:50, they close at 9pm. So I was really happy. As we were driving home I realized they didn?t give me a item from my order. At this time they are closed so I can?t call or go back to get it so I just go home disappointed because I?m nowremembering last order. Sure enough we get home and the pizza is burned again (photo added). I am really disappointed in Mr. Jim?s. I don?t know what is going on but y?all need to get it together. I?m sure I am not the only customer this ishappening too. My family is worried we will not order from Mr. Jim?s again. I?m sure we will but I will be sure to check the order for all my items and check the quality of the food before I leave the store moving forward."

"They will disclose your name last 4 digits of your card to basically anyone! I was harassed for 4 days bc they thought my pymnt didn 't go through at pickup. Although it showed approved on my end with a pending charge on my bank acct. The owner/mgr even went as far as saying he could go get the payment from my house!! No one wants a stranger going by especially over $36! After being called and texted numerous, I mean numerous times; on Day 4 they sent me their store charges with the name last 4 digits of the cc of all purchases made that day! Look up what someone can do with that info. This is concerning! I called Mr Jim directly and his concern was zero! He knew what was going on and was the one to provide the card details to be sent to me. It 's unheard of for a restaurant to decide to call, text and leave v/msgs over something like this. Take the loss next time Mr Jim 's! FYI! My order was paid! I even told the Mgr this on day 3 but he didn 't bother to listen."

"came here for the first time and went back to explore more from their menu. Como has a variety of pizzas and also offers classic entrees such as Chicken Parmesan and Filet Mignon. I ordered the French onion soup and chicken parmesan. The antipasti salad was also ordered as well as a pizza. My chicken parmesan was accidentally sent to the kitchen as a sandwich and I had to wait a little longer for my duck. I wasn't mad at all because I know it happened and they were also on day 1 of their new menu items. The server and the FOH manager addressed it and they even reduced the meal. The French onion soup was tasty, but a bit on the salty/abnormal acid side. But it was still delicious. The chicken parmesan came with two chicken breasts and the pasta was full of taste. I would definitely like to come back when the weather is warming up and grab some drinks and food outside. If you have never been here before, definitely a good place to come and get some good food and drinks. You also have Traverse City Whisky Co in the house!"

"Terrible experience...I ordered two small pizzas over the phone to pick up and pay for in person. When I arrived I told the guy at the counter my name and without verifying anything he hands me the pizzas and tells me I 'm good to go so I had to remind him I hadn 't paid (red flag)...I then handed him my debit card which he runs and the computer he was on froze...After calling 2-3 people over to help him and switching computers and swiping my card several more times one of his coworkers loudly and rudely says how my Card doesn 't have enough funds which was far from the case. Like I 'm totally trying to rip you guys off after you were going to let me walk out without paying and had to remind you...what a joke also this place is terribly over staffed with like 20 people standing around talking and barely any orders being made...Will never patron again!"

"I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 order of cinnamon sticks at this restaurant. Unfortunately, all of the items were overcooked, especially the cinnamon sticks which were black. I called and spoke to Chelsea to explain the issue politely. However, she was not interested in the problem and was rude. She did offer to send out another order or provide a credit for next time. I decided to have it remade, but after waiting over an hour, I understand that it may not be possible. My children, aged 6 and 10, were disappointed. The credit offered is for the next time I order, which I find frustrating as it may not address the overcooked items."
