"On Halloween, probably one of their busiest days, dozens of staff were working so hard and quickly to get everyone's orders ready, encouraging coworkers for the teamwork to accomplish it. They all remained so calm, pleasant and professional despite the crowd of people waiting and making rude comments at times. My order was within estimated time and delicious!
