"I am so disappointed with the service here. Visiting a friend who frequents this deli with her husband and decided to order for dinner. The sandwiches came and her husband's was smothered in ranch which he is allergic to. Mistakes happen fine she calls back to let them know of their error, hoping they would rectify it quickly and was first told that she would be called back which was strange but then they said they would send a replacement sandwich in exchange for the messed up one. It's been 30 minutes and the deli is less than a mile away and no sandwich. The first order came within 15 minutes of us ordering. Now that I see some of the reviews it seems they have an accountability issue when they mess up and take it out on the customer. Smh"

"This place is usually good, and I eat here often, however this past visit I was sadly disappointed with my regular order. The bagels were over cooked (I saw the guy behind the counter scraping the burnt marks) and the chicken salad was basically Mayo and salt, the cheese was not melted and tasted like wax. I will not be returning."

"The food was delicious , in terms of price tho , it’s on the more expensive side of things, almost $20 for a small soup , side order of Maduros and ONE very delicious beef empanada. Also they have this deal for 10% off when order online thru their website , however the website domain is down . Please fix or stop adverstising the deal . Customers is mix , they have funky deals and don’t always honor what they . They risk their employees being caught in cross of angry customers . I simply would not have pay had I not got my issue figure out. Only Spanish place I know where they charge you rice and beans as the two sides for my pernil, on top of that the short Spanish homie who serve me just straight up didn’t give me an crispy skin which is the best part of having pernil. Why you stingy with food ?"

"I really like it! Everyone is friendly and it's well organized. I've only had the salad- I very much like the way the choose your own salad is structured. I'm on a strict diet and it helps me pick and choose the right options. My husband got a sandwich and he liked it a lot! It smelled amazing!! The staff is also very outgoing. I saw there were sunflower seeds for salads, but they looked seasoned. I asked what the seasoning was, couldn't have them bc of that and without me asking the guy told me can get me unseasoned ones. They go out of their way for customer service and that's really nice in this day and age."

"Terrible I ordered a turkey salad for the first time and there were literally 2 slices of turkey and I asked for extra turkey. A few weeks later, I gave them a shot and it was the same, except they gave tomatoes in him when I didn't forget tomato and also forgot. And now I give them a third chance and there? the same no croutons with like 3 slices of turkey and they charge almost 15 dollars for the salad and also my mother got a shrimp salad and she gave her 3 small shrimps it is 100% not worth the money! I don't like to complain It?s just really angry and won?t order from this place again and it's also a shame because I live very close and I command all the time because I don't cook time. So go to Olympia over the street they are miles better and they are not short on turkey."

"Horrible customer service, the worst experience here . I ordered a delivery through grubhub and my order was left at the wrong address. This is not the first time that this has happened but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was not the restaurant itself that was the issue. I had called to address this when it occurred in the past and I was told that they could not assist me because the order was placed through a delivery platform so I would have to contact grubhub. So today when it happened again , I did what they had told me to do in the past and contacted grubhub directly about my order. Grubhub told me they would process a cancellation because my order was no where to be found. Minutes after I got off the phone with grubhub I receive a call from Bagel Pub , with a women yelling at me for the cancellation. She was yelling at me saying because of me they weren’t going to get their money, and that I should have called them not grubhub so that they wouldn’t loose money. No matter how much I tried to explain that I did not receive my order and that i was following their instructions she did not care all she cared to say was I was loosing them money. Clearly they do not care about their customer , nor do they have good customer service , or even plain manners. The way she spoke to me was completely disrespectful. This is not the way to handle a business."
