"Dining was not the usual 5 star experience. The quality of food was disappointing and items normally found on a Saturday evening buffet were missing (i.e. shrimp, tomato bisque soup, salad greens, homemade bread, etc. The dessert bar did not have any placards and the buffet attendant gave guesses which turned out to be erroneous. Missing was ice cream, cookies, brownies which according to attendant no longer offered. Several small children were present who were looking for the above. Our waiter, however, was spectacular. Very solicitous and a pleasure to talk to. He went above and beyond! Another change was the Christmas show where there would be Carolers in the atrium for guests to see and enjoy. Now it is a ticketed event, closed off with black curtains creating a noisy atmosphere. And to end the night...$43.00 for valet parking plus tip!"
