"The service began well but quickly deteriorated. The sever greeted me, asked a couple of questions then brought me coffee. Then I waited to have my order taken. The server then took an order from the table behind me who had been seated after I'd been waiting. I received a refill of coffee while I was waiting to have my order taken. The server took my order, delivered my food and he didn't come back to my table again to check on me until I flagged him down. Yet he was constantly at the table behind me , and him gave them thrir bill, and processed it. The table in front of me received the same poor service as myself. I had planned on going there daily, however after that extremely poor service I would not return. He did not deserve the gratuity that is automatically included in the bill because it didn't give him incentive to do a good job."
