"The restaurant in very beautiful and the food is good, not great but good. The service however is a disaster, our waiter had 7 tables with 80 people and all arrived within 30 mins. No bus boys no help. He ran for the entire night but was simply unable to service everyone well. It did not ruin our night but certainly was very disappointing with what is clearly a management responsibility."

"my wife and I came a few weeks ago to the gentle opening. we have eaten at the location chicago for several years and some things we love are the consistency of food and the friendliness of the staff. our service was excellent and we were delighted by the servers about their dishes. since many of the menu items in glenview were different, we decided to order tapas style to try some dishes that we had not seen before. our experience was worth the 5-star rating and we cannot wait to go back."

"Our server was rude irritated right from the start. He made several snide comments in response to our order rolled his eyes. Food was average at best. A lot of staff circulating without ever really getting anything done. Our table sat with dirty dishes and glasses piled up. We wouldn’t reorder anything we had. Very unlikely to return. I will say the decor inside was very cute the bar area looked nice. The birthday cake gelato next door was the highlight of the night!"

"This is probably my favorite Mexican restaurant in Sacramento for several reasons. They have an extensive vegan menu. The chips and salsa are the best. The chips are thick and crunchy and the salsa has a rich smokey flavor. Their fish tacos are so good with a mixture of tilapia and grilled veggies. I like their outside seating when weather permits. There service is very good. Our server as prompt and kept our glasses and chips and salsa filled."

"We made reservations for an anniversary dinner. Ruth's Chris doesn't disappoint. Food was great, service was awesome and the ambiance was nice. This was a first visit to this location on LaCantera Parkway. Downside was my vehicle being broke into and ruining the rest of our evening plans. Signs said surveyed by camera - no necessarily true. The buildings are surveyed. Of course, not really the fault of Ruth's Chris but waiting an hour to report it since we live just outside SA was definitely a downer. Next time - UBER for sure."

"Covid-19 warning: There is a hostess/server that is pulling her mask down to talk to people (that's not how this works). She pulls it down when talking to the chefs over the food on the counter. She needs to be corrected, but no one in management is correcting her. Food: I love this place, great food. Really nothing negative about this. I've gone twice, hoping the above mentioned server wouldn't be there, but she was. We'll wait until this is all over before going back. Hopefully see you in late 2021!"
