"I am so disappointed about our experience at Limoncello on Saturday. We love the food and ambiance. We used to feel like it was a great place to go on special occasions as a family. We had a reservation Our meal order was placed at and we were not served dinner until We did have appetizers but we were finished our appetizers and the table was cleared ready for our meals for at least minutes. While we were waiting our children were getting a bit antsy so I asked if they could bring the dinner (both chicken fingers and fries) for the children out, even if our dinner was not ready. We were told the kitchen is backed up so none of the meals were ready. We then asked to see a manager. It took quite some time for the manager to appear and he indicated our meals would be out shortly. In my opinion, he was not apologetic or concerned about our level of satisfaction with our service. We were offered another round of drinks, and were charged for the second round of drinks. After bringing that to the manager's attention he did take the second round of drinks off of the check but again, was not apologetic for the mistake or for our poor experience. We absolutely love the food and atmosphere at Limoncello but I cannot say that we will return if they believe that it is good service to have customers waiting over an hour to be served dinner"
