"Had a bad experience with online ordering here. Placed my order and paid, when I showed up at the designated time the store was closed. Spoke to staff the next day, they told me they closed early would give me store credit…. I asked for the refund, they said I’d have to wait until the manager came in but couldn’t tell me when that would be. I asked for manager to call me when he processed the refund. I was annoyed that not only was I charged, I drove all the way there just for them to be close … – show"
