"These are amazing pastries. My family is very special and the pastries and cakes of the paties series are extremely special, as above with some of the French Viennese bakeries of this region (probably better on the cake and absolutely on the chocolate, only better in North America in Montreal). Can be a little hard to find and is not a storefront by checking the menu and talking to the owner to be encouraged! She and her team bring so much to life in their bakery. I wish I had this week. I really enjoyed the Pan d Chocolat; it is my mainstay (essentially a croissant texture with dark chocolate inside) and it is as good as any pan d chocolat, from here to New Yori City and back that I had!"
