"Do not be misled by the humble appearance of Badou restaurant; while it may not have all the luxuries of a fine dining establishment, the food and hospitality more than make up for it. Senegalese cuisine is definitely worth trying, especially their Mafe/peanut stew and other dishes. If you are unfamiliar with the cuisine, let the staff guide you through a culinary journey. During our visit with a large group, we were impressed with the variety of options including vegetable, fish, poultry, and beef dishes, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed (and even had leftovers to take home)."
