"we had reservations for 6:45, came around 6:40 and sat mainly outside because it was extremely hot inside. someone brought us water and disappeared without asking for a drink order. there were two more tables that were occupied on the terrace and seemed to progress normally by waiting staff. after 20 minutes of submission without ever being addressed by everyone, I called chophouse where we received great service."
