"Very energetic, lively and atmospheric. The food was excellent. Some of the best Carnitas I had. I love how it is cooked and served in an individual size cast iron pan embellished with onions below. My friend's short rib echiladas were also very good. The meat was so delicate and tasty and we loved what the pungent taste of the goat's cheese brought to the party. Excellent court. The service could be improved. I understand that many restaurants are still short staff, but do not come to remove our appetizer plates for 20 minutes while waiting for our main dish is a bit too inattentive for me. I also noticed some other tables with empty/dirty plates before them for too long. Apart from this correction problem, I would definitely recommend Cha's!"
