"We drove through to order, and I requested a bean burrito without cheese or sauce. After waiting for ten minutes, our food finally arrived, but they mistakenly gave us a beef burrito instead. I went inside to order another burrito and mentioned the mix-up due to the chaotic drive-thru experience, but the staff didn’t respond or offer to replace my burrito. So, I ended up paying for a second one and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Honestly, after such a frustrating experience, I'm not sure if I would return to this restaurant."
