"The food was truly inedible. The lettuce in the Caesar salad was wilted. The sauce on the pasta tasted like flour. The sliders were tough as leather. And the canned crab must've been open for hours because it had gone off. The tonic water was flat. They're were only a few diners in the restaurant, but it was literally 20 minutes between courses. When the chef gave us a dessert on the house, the runner brought it before our entrées arrived. I know it's a budget hotel, but you'll get better food and service at any fast casual joint than here. They've obviously cut corners everywhere, especially in hiring competent people and training even the basics. An additional word of caution; the restaurant is on the street level directly across the from a busy fire station. With the walls rolled back, you can expect your meal to be interrupted several times by deafeningly loud sirens and blasting horns. All in all, the evening was so bad it was comical. We left disappointed and hungry."
