"We’ve been coming to Neptune Beach, FL for our vacation, 2x a year for 7 years, in part because of the wonderful food at North Beach Fish Camp. HOWEVER, our experience this time was not at all what we’ve experienced in the past. All our food was just okay. In fact, most of it was overcooked. We even speculated that the mussels had been reheated from the day before. The clams and fries were so over fried, they were hard and leathery. The vegetables were very mushy from over cooking. We know they’ve had a new manager for about a year and since he arrived things have not been as good overall. Some of the wait staff that have been there for years are now also gone. Not sure if that’s any indication of where the trouble lies. They definitely have a problem in the kitchen they need to fix and fast! I hate to say that after our long history with this restaurant we would consider not returning. We will give it one more try again in the fall. If it fails again, we will be looking for a new vacation location and feel sad that something so good has ended."

"Update not the same level of service as before. New pics added. Old review I love it when servers have great timing and are just super personable. Our server Sara J was on it tonight! Went in for happy hour and everything was delightful. Food was good. So much so that I forget to take pictures of everything... We had the Tuscon salad, bruschetta, grilled salmon, and calamari during happy hour."

"Doesn't look like much on the outside, but it's nice on the inside, the food is great, and the activities (pool, darts, pop-a-shot, backgammon, ping pong, and more) are tons of fun. And pool is free!"

"We’d been there twice before and enjoyed the food, but this time it was just soso. The chicken on my pear salad seemed to be precooked and barely warmed definitely not freshly grilled. The waitstaff were okay, but our waiter didn’t have his mask covering his nose all the time. The table was a little grubby and it was just dark and sad inside. Maybe it was a bad night maybe we just weren’t into the menu. I’d give it another shot, but will sit outside next time"

"The food was low quality they didn't even have chips. We found hair on my plate on the pizza. The food is served with plastic utensils even though the food is super expensive. The meal sizes are small, the drinks are served in plastic cups that are dirty. The servers were like they were doing the work as a hobby they lack seriousness. Overall it was a terrible experience even though the place has a great location and has a great potential under good owners."
"It was a Sunday night so not very crowded. Ordered queso appetizer which was cold and thick—really terrible. I had chicken breast with ranch and broccoli and it was pretty good. The two other people ordered burgers which were ok. I wouldn’t go back for the food, but maybe to watch sports and grab a drink."

"I've never eaten there. we went to the restaurant and there were broken bottles around the driveway. already carefully we entered the door, only to be greeted with the stank of zigaretten. Yeah, that's an 18- and older smoker system. it does not require any reservations. it wasn't as if I thought it would be. we turned around and are gone right away. it was very stinky very loud and very much just a bar. if that looks like a decent place, but between the broken beer bottles at the front and the smell of the cigarettes I had enough."

"The FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE and the STEAK SALAD are my favorites! I really love the crust on this pizza. I just delivered the pizza so I can't comment. The ingredients are very real and that was a nice surprise. It tastes a lot like pizza I had in Italy. I like them to go to the sauce. The arden has fillet mignon, blue cheese and balsamic cartelized onions. I'm glad I tried. I would do it again if I turned off the blue cheese. It exaggerates the other taste. My favorite was that we made ourselves with CHICKEN BACON SMOKED GOUDA. I love that they have many ingredients to play around. And then there's the crust... I will definitely be back for more when the need for pizza returns. And... the blooming chocolate cake... that I'll be back soon! Maybe tomorrow."

"We went for lunch and weren 't sure we were at the right place because it says 'members only ' on the door. We went in anyway and were glad that we did! Food was great, service was great and performed with a smile. They have pool tables and while we couldn 't take the time when we were there, we plan to go back."

"We made reservations for 4:30 so we could sit by a window and look out! That's right 4:30 pm for dinner. We requested the window in our reservation. We got there at 4:30 and were told we could not sit by the window where we could both look out since we were only a party of two. There was no one sitting in any of the booths we wanted. I protested but it did not make any difference. We were seated and then waited and waited and waited. We found out after a long wait that we had been seated at a table with no server assigned. The server was nice and we ordered our food. She did a good job and the food was good. We have eaten here many times but we will need a break for a while before we eat here again."

"I had the most delicious lunch at Roam! It was difficult to decide what to get as the entire menu looked amazing. The interior is so cozy and quaint. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our server was fantastic very accommodating. As it was an early lunch, I didn't have a cocktail but definitely plan to on my next visit! I ordered the soup of the day which was a chicken gumbo. It had just the right amount of spice without it being too spicy. Chock full of shredded chicken. I also ordered the Arancini. My server warned me they were “softball size” but ordered two anyway. They weren't kidding! They were lightly breaded (but had a crunch) and served with a blush sauce with shaved Parmesan. Melted mozzarella oozed out when I cut into it. AHmazing! The second person in my party ordered the Cranberry Chicken salad wrap that he loved and the third ordered the Turkey BLT. Thick cut turkey breast (not lunch meat), beefsteak tomato and the most beautiful looking bacon with perfectly seasoned fries. Wow! I can not wait to go back! If you haven't been GO!"

"The restaurant is typical Italian restaurant. The list of drinks on the menu is very extensive, from wines to hard liquor. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The stands are very spacious. The only drawback I noticed is the main entrance doors. They are very heavy and not disabled friendly. I had to hold two doors back. One of them had a walker so needed a door that can remain open. It was a challenge to open the two gates simultaneously. The food was delicious and worth the price. My guests also enjoyed their meals because they didn't leave anything in their plates. I think the price is reasonable as we pay less than $160 for five people, drinks included"

"The restaurant was empty Two tables at most in the restaurant They said we couldn’t add another person to the res which is odd considering we were In A booth that could fit 6 We didn’t even know our waiter was our waiter . Poured water and walked away. Never introduced himself . Never asked if we had questions . When he came back “ are you ready to order?” He was acting like we were the biggest inconvenience just by sitting there. He seemed incredibly bothered in general. Any questions were a problem . As we were ordering a table of regulars walked in he was more interested in . I ordered an omlette with maybe 5 things peppers onions spinach jalapeños and cheddar Our food was initially brought to the wrong table 1 of 2 tables no big deal though My omlette had every ingredient available inside of it . All meats offered . Mushrooms . Everything you could stuff in it . I call over the other waitress “hey I’m sorry I don’t eat meat “ she was very kind and seemed like a good waitress. she goes to take the entire plate and I asked to keep the potatoes and toast bc I was starving and wanted to eat with everyone 15 min later I get an omlette stuffed with everything but the meat . I had to send it back again . So I didn’t even get to eat . But everyone else food was fine . “I’ll take it off the check.” Said in a way like this was a favor to us. Very weird experience"
