"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we are looked after before us. We have expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"The menu at this restaurant is excellent, and the service is superb. They are very detailed oriented and are pet, kids, and business friendly. What more could you ask for? Special mentions to Pilar and Manuela for their dedicated service, and to the night manager who was incredibly kind and efficient. Our customer experience at Aileen last night, March 28, 2024, was outstanding."

"I had a great experience here! We came to celebrate a friends birthday and were not disappointed. Service, ambiance and food were great!! I was pretty surprised by how good the food was to be honest. We had some Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese and fries and all were above average. The desserts were also mouth watering! We had the bread pudding and chocolate mousse. They brought out the dessert on an extra special dessert tray for celebrations along with a candle that made this a great place to celebrate. We went on a Wednesday night and it wasn’t too crowded. Prices are as expected for the four seasons. I would definitely come back and try an entree!"

"I ordered takeout here. Capital Ale House gets points for fast service and large portions. The restaurant felt very clean and busy when I picked up mid-week. While out of an item, the restaurant made a quick substitution when I arrived. We had the wings with Mexicali seasoning and ranch, salad with strawberry; brie; candied walnuts, and macaroni and cheese. The wings were very good, but may friend found them fattier. The Mac n cheese was nice and creamy with beautiful cavatappi noodles but seemed to lack the sharpness of cheese flavor. The salad had strawberries with the look and texture of being cut several hours earlier and there was no dressing. It’s great that the restaurant is open late for Richmond unlike a lot of places. It’s okay overall."

"Ordered food here so gross chicken smelled and tasted disgusting. Salads smelled so bad like an “off” odor. It was so gross we ended up throwing the order out and getting other good food. NEVER AGAIN go somewhere more tasteful not here. The photo was suppose to be cheeses and meats. This is how it came and the salad smelled bad."

"The food quality and the presentation of my entree were very, very good. My compliments to the chef, as my Braised Beef Short Rib Entree, was truly delightful. I still left the restaurant hungry though, because my entree portions were so tiny in comparison to the price. (I had to go to Sprouts grocery store afterward to supplement my appetite), and I am a woman saying this! I am an experienced diner and huge FOODIE , and have dined all over the valley and beyond. Again, I cannot argue with the quality of the food, and the beautiful presentation. However, servers need more training on registering OpenTable guests correctly for their reservation, so that they will receive their points. I had to come back to the restaurant again to resolve the issue of not being logged in correctly by my server Danielle, so that I could correct my incorrect no-show OpenTable status. Ughhh! Stressful, and not even an apology from my server, as she seemed to be very defensive about her mistake, even after admitting that she had no experience with OpenTable. However, I will return because I enjoyed my meal immensely and live within very close proximity to the establishment."

"I'm also in the same business, but I have never seen that kind of service before. It was horrible. We ordered drinks and had to wait forever. The funny thing is, when we told the manager, he went and got the order ticket and showed us the time on it. He said only 3 minutes had passed since we ordered the drinks. Unfortunately, he didn't even think that the server might have put those orders 15 minutes late into the system. We had to remind her 2 times for the drinks after that she put it in as per the ticket. If it happened only one time, it's totally understandable because we are all human and can make mistakes, but it happened almost every time with our drinks."

"We were in for the weekend and booked a reservation for Shelter Pizza. After driving to it and looking for parking, we walked to the restaurant and it was CLOSED!! I do not know if the food and service is good or not. I can tell you that Management is not very good and don't keep hours updated to prevent people from wasting their time deiving to a closed restaurant."

"Eating was excellent. the only exception was the brot on the chicken parm panini my mannes. he put his hair on the broth that came on the table, which was much better broth. the paninibrot was much too thin for the sauce and he could not eat it like a sandwich. the brot just fell apart. it's loud for a date night, but if they go with friends it shouldn't be a problem with it. the people seem to have a good time. I will be definitiw with my friends back, but if they want a romantic place, they can try somewhere else."

"great central location to meet friends/family from different neighbours in seattle. eating was very good. I have made some days in advance a reservation by open table and arrived about 30 minutes early. my man and I said we could have a drink at the bar until the rest of our party showed up, but I could see that it was early enough that the restaurant was pretty quiet. the host went back to the widest corner of the restaurant, the table closest to the bathroom (real! and asked it was ok. I waited for my man to return to the table and he was so surprised to see me right in front of the toilet door! we have asked to relocate the host twice and remember that we have a reservation. he seemed confused and I don't understand why they would put us in the back corner of the claret wine bar. I asked if we could possibly sit in the main part of the restaurant, maybe close to the window, and he said he would check it out. apparently 3 tables were open to our group size. it is a well-known practice that the restaurants try to fill the least desirable tables first, who will accept this situation? apologise them, but I think that a guest who plans to dine there, as in one who makes a reservation, should be offered a better location than one who just walks on the street."
