"I've been here a few times and always had a great experience. The food is great and the view is fun! However, this time it could not have been more obvious that the cuts of fish and food generally fall by at least 30%. The size of our very expensive Mahi-Mahi and swordfish was alarmingly small. It was good that the dessert was tiny because it was super rich and pretty good. Don't get me wrong, the taste of food was great, but we were made in 15 minutes LoL So it definitely left much to wish and could have worked if I was on a calorie-restricting diet, but for the price I definitely expected more. Our server was very friendly as all the others who helped on the staff!"

"I went to this restaurant on a Thursday night with a group for a work lunch. I was excited to see the menu options and pleased that we could also get hibachi at a regular table. The restaurant appeared to be quite empty, which is understandable given the current situation, so the service was a bit slow. There also seemed to be some disorganization as a few people at our table received the wrong orders initially and some of us ended up with the wrong leftovers at the end of the night. However, the food was delicious and the drinks were good as well. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. Despite the issues with service, I would still recommend stopping by for a meal."

"Decided to stop for lunch based on Yelp reviews while in town for my daughter's graduation from Georgetown. Everything was amazing! We were immediately impressed when we walked in. It was obviously a pretty new place, and looked cool. The staff greeted us very warmly, as did our waitress. She (Aleksandra was very attentive, polite and friendly. Excellent service! The four of us shared a couple of pizzas and squash ravioli (if I remember correctly or was it gnocchi? . Delicious, all of it! Sorry to wait so long to review, but was just going through receipts and was reminded of what a nice lunch we had, and decided to find you on FB. Not sure we'll be back that way soon, but if we are, we'll be sure to hit Lena's again."

"We came for brunch the day of the Beyoncé concert. We made reservations late and this was one of the few places I could find. I’m general it was a cool vibe. Our waiter was great. The food was just ok. I had shrimp and grits. The grits were missing something for me and after 10 minutes were hard. Other in my party had the chicken and waffles…the chicken was bland. The greens were flavorful. The gravy was oddly thick for the biscuits and gravy. The boudin balls were decent. My drinks were tasty. Including the concert specials. Overall I liked the ambience."

I love the burger here, but this time the bungalow was burned almost black and because the waitress was upset with us, I just let it go. Sanibel Island is certainly bruised post hurricane Ian but gradually making its come back happily Cielo has not skipped a beat since reopening. Snazzy dining room, live piano and great wine list welcomes you. Imaginative cocktails, excellent food, great service and delicious finishes.....dessert and 20 year tawny port! Can't say enough about how good this island mainstay is, so happy it is still as consistently top notch as ever and still ranks as one of my all time favorites. Escargot, Halibut and pistachio, apricot chicken, so delicious, cannot recommend more! It will always be in our list for that fine dining experience and it should be on your too. "We were incredibly disappointed with the staff tonight. To start, our appetizer came before our drinks (we waited around 30 mins for drinks). When our entrees came out, mine was incorrect. The waiter informs me that since the food has touched the table they are unable to return it. My options are: eat the incorrect meal or have them box it up while I wait for them to prepare my meal and have my wife eat alone/wait while her food gets cold. I decide to eat the incorrect meal as to not ruin our dinner. When the check comes, it is incorrect and has not only the extra meal but two other main dishes? We send the check back not once but three times (it is still wrong the second time). The third time is the best though: they have comped the incorrect meal but the 20% mandatory gratuity includes the total before the compensation! I get most people can't do math but unfortunately for you guys I actually can. I refuse to believe the manager didn't do it on purpose. Apologies were forced and did not seem sincere. I've been here quite a few times with large parties and will not be coming back. I get mistakes are made but I don't like being lied to."
