"I have been visiting the Seven 30 South restaurant (also known as Bonnie Brae Bistro) for lunch for many years. However, I have seen a decline in both the food and service quality over the past few years. During my last visit, the service was unacceptable. Our waiter was impolite, inattentive, and argumentative, so I had to ask the manager to assign another server to our table. When the food finally arrived, the manager came to inquire about our satisfaction. I mentioned that I had ordered crispy french fries, but was served soggy ones instead. Surprisingly, the manager asked if I wanted them to be crispy. I reiterated my initial order, requesting crispy fries. When we received the check, it was carelessly thrown onto the table by a passing waiter. Upon further investigation, I found out that the restaurant had been taken over by a corporation five years ago, around the time I began noticing the decline in quality. The charming, high-quality restaurant I once admired has now been replaced with mediocre food, indifferent management, and a lackluster wait staff."
