"They literally got everything in our order wrong. And the girl at the drive thru window kept her back turned to the window the entire time talking. We ordered 2 large sweet teas and a bottle water. They handed out 2 medium teas. So I told her and she looked at the receipt said these are supposed to be large as she handed them to another girl. Then hands out as large sweet tea and large Dr. Pepper so I had to tell her again 2 Large sweet teas. Then we had ordered 1 ghost pepper saucy nuggets and 2 spicy nuggets. We wound up with 1 spicy nuggets and 2 plain nuggets and my husband went back inside for straws because we weren't able to tell her at the window because she immediately turned her back again and stayed that way. The time before this when we were only ordering the berry frosty's all three were just pure liquid no consistency."

"I was so hungry. I had no chance to make a picture of it, but this burger was unarmed and it looked like he was supposed to look at the commercials. You almost never see that. I write this review about Wendys and no other fast food chain. The underestimated fast food on Earth is Wendys. It is really the best in this location is quite efficient and takes care of its customers. Maybe it's missing in the sense of humor, but it's 2022. Who has more time to laugh."

"The food is usually pretty good but the customer service is terrible, do not go here if you don’t have at least a half hour to wait for your food and make sure you check your bag before you leave because it’s almost always wrong. The attitude of the employees is always baffling to me they quite literally have said to customers that they don’t care. If you NEED wendys and this is the only one around sure it’s fine but if you have an alternative I wouldn’t come here."

"Fastest drive thru in Chico! Nice workers! They have my new favorite fast food salad... the Power Mediterranean Full salad (grilled chicken breast curry sauce?, spring mix greens, red onions, quinoa, white bean, 4 grape tomatoes, feta cheese, croutons... I use my own favorite salad dressing (sesame ginger/wasabi sauce DELICIOUS!!!! And it actually fills me up."

"This Wendy's is almost always busy, which is good for business but not always for a customer in a hurry. The food is delicious and it's always my choice over McDonald's and Burger King. The quality is higher and the food is tastier. I also would like to give a shout out to Angelica at this location as she is really nice, and kept me company while waiting in line at the window area. Typically fast food employees don't speak to customers because service speed is their main focus; so she is going to go far! My only complaint is that the fries need more salt and to be super hot/fresh each time. This is a day after the above review. The fries really need attention. I come home and our fries are stale and many are hollowed out; practically no potatoes within. Please do your best to improve"

"The place is dirty, the staff are so rude, they don’t wear gloves to serve the food. Their clothes are dirty. I’m so sorry to say that they are very nasty. The are not clean at all. Yuckkkkkk they are very disgusting.. floor was sticky with juice, the juice container was very dirty , I needed to get some ketchup trust me I could not even taste it due to dirt. They are not good. They talk a lot while serving.The lady who was in charge, was very rude. She left us and go to the back arguing with other employees. "The food was only ok for the most part. The fries were cold and greasy instead of hot and crisp. The cola was overly carbonated, and my crispy chicken sandwich was not so crispy, and the lettuce was wilted. I've definitely had better from them! The cashier was a bit on the overly friendly side, like she was trying too hard. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day as we all do sometimes. The drive-thru service was extremely slow, and it wasn't even during the lunch hour, it was mid afternoon."

"I went in a week or so ago on an errand, I was really in a hurry and got my food there. they were so fast they gave me my 4for4 and frosty before I finished paying!!! It was also good except for the chicken nuggets... I think 4for4 should discontinue the chicken nuggets, they are never good anywhere, and they wont let me remove it from my order... 4for4 is probably the only reason the chicken nuggets ever sell, theyd save money if they just stopped serving them. The fries they served were spectacular, they made sure to remove the pickle, and the drink was good too, I like the seasonal strawberry but I'd prefer if they dropped the chocolate instead of the vanilla."

"the ladies that work the night shift seem to have a problem with the food that is sold at this establishment. not only do they speak about it causing health issues, they're not even polite about it and this is my local Wendy's. They're obviously miserable, but I am not to blame that they're stuck in a dead-end job due to their lack of ambition in life. Nor should I have to drive to the nearest Wendy's in Brickell, where the wait is about 45 minutes to an hour. This has been my family's goto for years now, I would hate to have to change my routine due to lack of simple etiquette. All I asked for was barbecue sauce and they couldn't hear me over their health rant .Parking: The parking lot had garbage thrown next to the cars in the parking lot as if it'd been unattended for days."

"First time trying Wendy's for breakfast. I tried maple bacon chicken croissant with potatoes. The food was fast and nice and fresh (hot). The potatoes were nice and hot and loved that they were crispy and fresh. The sandwich was a bit weird in flavor as they use maple syrup as the sauce for the chicken. But everything was fresh crispy (even bacon was) and hot. Will definitely try again."

"This is my first time at this Wendy's here near the sports complex. I was having problems getting my app to work and went inside. The manager on duty said that they couldn't speak for the app because it comes from corporate. But provide your customer service. She honored the prices that I had on the app and even gave me a free small Frosty. So that was very kind and helpful of that manager."
