"It was my 2nd time for our after work party for Ingram Micro. We had delish food and plenty of tasty drinks from their extensive list. Our server was very attentive and even brought us rounds of ice water at the end of the night, as it was really hot out. Very thoughtful. Love the patio !"

"As an avid fine dining person that do not mind at all spending the on great food and experience. We came in on time for our reservation just for a girls’ dinner- the hostess “checked us in” and asked us to wait at the bar. There were plenty of set tables for party for 2 that were empty everywhere- and she proceeded to seat others that came in after us (party of 2). After 30 minutes, we were seated at the worst table by the walkway- again plenty of table for 2 that were never filled throughout our dinner. The waitress came and greeted us but never came back until 20 minutes later to get our order. She kept calling us “sweetie”, I felt like I was at a diner tbh. Food was delicious- hamachi crudo was a bit fishy though but still tasty. Everything else was wonderful including the chocolate soufflé. The experience was “meh” despite reviews. I don’t think I’ll go back and let my friends know that we will continue to go to SF for $400 dinners for 2- w/ 2 glasses of wine. It’s simply just do not justify the price for what mediocre experience."

"I was missing Ice cream from my order. I called them the next day about it. And the woman who answered the call was nasty and rude. She made it seem like I was lying about the ice cream and was trying to get over. She stated it was Impossible I didn 't recieve the ice-cream. She even began yelling at me. Disgusting behavior. I told her to keep the $10. Looks like she needed it. Never ordering from them again!!"

"I'm just giving 3 stars because of the service we received tonight. We are locals to Annapolis and we love the place! We go there a few times a week, Mark the bartender so beautiful and almost all there. Tonight we went there with our friends and I ordered a slightly dirty martini that I had ordered almost every time I went there. The Martini was dirty Thai I really liked it and I asked the waitress if she can make less dirty, less olive juice. She stood there to argue with me that she had only little olive juice at one point was very unpleasant. Very disappointed by the way she treated herself and the thing that if I wasn't there with a friend, I would have risen and gone. She finally took it back and made it to my wishes, but the evening was ruined for me. All I ask for Rustikal, please train your staff! We also ordered the special fish that they have later to find out they ran out of Halibut. We ordered the rock fish instead of the main menu. I had it last week and I really enjoyed it. The waitress suggested that they could blur if they want, and we said yes. 2 of the rock dishes that were dipped black came out with different risotto and vegetables. The original one of our other friends ordered came out with the original Risotto and the Broccoli. I was sure why they decided to change the whole dish just because we wanted the fish to be blackened. Not one of the dining rooms on this place. Too bad because one of our friends has never eaten there."

"My husband and I have been ordering Lucas pizza for years. The quality is always top notch. I just wanted to share a quick story about tonight. I went to pick up my pizza and upon arriving realized I had ordered the completely wrong thing. Not only did they fix it in a timely manner, they couldn’t have been nicer about it. "In June 2020, my partner and I found ourselves in need of a meal one evening. We decided to try a new restaurant or support a local family-owned establishment. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly customer service over the phone from Laurie. We placed an order for the beef brisket dinner with fries and macaroni and cheese. To our delight, the food arrived in just 25 minutes, much quicker than the estimated 45 minutes. This speedy delivery was a pleasant surprise as we were quite hungry. We were impressed not only by the quality of the food but also by the exceptional service from the person who delivered our meal, who we believe was named Dawn. Good luck to the restaurant!"

"So we've ordered this place on DoorDash a couple of times because their prices are really awesome and their pizza tastes really good. Their menu is huge. But every time we get the pizza it's delicious but it has some kind of problem. One time the order was so hot when it left the store by the time it got to us the pizza had slide all over the crust. It still tasted good. SO we tried them again but the pizza was so greasy and and wraps were so greasy that they bled through the pizza box and the wrap paper. We crazily tried a third time because the pizza tastes really good but this time it was all crust and little pizza.we are done even though we tried to stay local."

"The food isn't bad and portions are large.. It would be nice if they could get the order right. Who ever is answering the phone does not listen and does not know the menu. When you ask for them to repeat the order the woman who is answering has an attitude. The biggest problem is her English is not very good and has a difficult understanding orders, which causes the customer not getting what they have ordered. This has happened to us several times, I may rethink and order elsewhere next time"

"My husband and I enjoyed this place while I took my mother out for a birthday dinner. The wings were the best I had in a long time. We didn't order baked with sauce on the side. They were very tasteful and juicy. My husband enjoyed his Chopped Salad with grilled chicken. I was very happy with my New Salad with grilled chicken. Our waitress Stephanie was very attentive and presented my mother n law with a piece of cheesecake with a candle. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with a relaxed decor. We will definitely visit again"
