"This location is kind of disappointing, I'm underwhelmed almost every time I visit. It seems every time I visit the location they are backed up and there's a long wait for my order. This time, the food was very bland and didn't taste particularly well. The large coffee however, was fresh and enjoyable. An employee made my coffee as soon as it was done brewing, so I appreciated the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. On the opposite end, one thing I should point out about this location is that very frequently I can hear arguing and between staff, sometimes with what appears to be the manager on duty. I recall experiencing this on my last visit too. This does not appear to be a very pleasant working environment, and also, from a customer perspective, not a pleasant atmosphere to dine in at."
