Chang 's. And then I stumbled upon this gem. Oh. My. This authentically authentic Chinese restaurant has an enormous menu, helpful staff, and incredibly affordable prices considering the shear sizes of most of the menu items. I have never had anything that disappointed my budget or my taste buds. I have even taken to ordering random menu items now, because everything is just so good. All-time favorites: Salt and pepper calamari, fried rice, beef noodle. Delicious. Fresh. Fast. You 've probably seen this place featured on several local networks (including 'Dirty Dining, ' but who cares? , and it 's for good reason. I can safely say that this is, hands-down, THE best Chinese restaurant in the Tampa Bay area. Period."
