"my man and I decided to dine here on thanksgiving and it was a very bad experience. we had to wait a while at the door, without the host standing. a man from sweatshirt and pullover finally came by and checked us. he has never wished us a happy holiday or recognized that it was thanksgiving! not to be a good start! we sat in the corner of the dining room without light above us, so it was as if we were pouring in the dark. the waitress took our drinks and appetizer orders, but never told us how the rest of the prix fixe meal worked. she also did not mention “Happy Thanksgiving!” after the finalization of the appetizers we went to the carving station to get our meat. there were also Mac cheese and rolls next to the meat. the meat was good, but the mac and the cheese was simple and the rolls were burned. we were wondering if we had missed the others or where we would get them. after about 5 minutes another man came over and delivered the sides (green beans, kartoffels, sweet potatoes, ingots, filling, etc. to our table in individual dishes, but no additional servierutensils. we felt better than we saw there was more food. However, the kartoffels were extremely dirty and the rest of the side was not great. Our waitress never came to us. I had to keep my glass of water to keep the whole meal, as I don't know where it went. Finally there was a dessert table with a series of cake slices, strawberries and cookies. I saw that one man refilled the biscuit plate with his bare hands by filling cookies on the boil, rough! the pancake was good, but the pumpkin cake was terrible. for a $50/person menu we would have expected a lot better service and eat. we will not return to this restaurant."
