"Usually, I barely review especially in Google but I must share my experience. Regretting paying tips for grumpy services and horrible food. Too bad, they serve Malaysian food! So embarrassed I brought my husband over! By the way, you ordered at the counter and pay everything with the tips. If I know it was that horrible afterward, we won't tip them. There were 4 waitresses and one was bragging and chit chat with other customers. I can't believe my eyes when I saw a customer help them to serve another customer to their table/seats on their behalf!!! They said they are short staff but I went to a Japanese restaurant with 2 waitresses who don't gossip with other customers, and did awesomely! Leaving the place was not happy at all. They don't even deserve 1 star"

"Jade Palace is good. Not all that is good, but this is your standard American Chinese place, nothing beautiful. A little bit of everything you want. And what you really don't do. Overall, we were never burned by Jade Palace, and they give us what we want, just some simple ol' good food, nothing imagination. Also the vegetarian objects are actually vegetarian, which is beautiful."

"I'm not a very experienced sushi eater, but was in the mood for something out of the ordinary. Before driving to the restaurant, I checked the menu. It was easy to navigate and the ingredients really helped me determine what I wanted to order. I was in the door. There was a sign that the room was closed. I ordered the Black Dragon, Las Vegas and Rock Star. The three reels were about $30. I waited in my car for about 10 minutes before they brought it to me. All reels were fresh and tasty; the Black Dragon was my favorite. I'll go back soon! I can't wait to try more!"

"If you order from grill make sure the food is hot by the time you get the food. They should describe the sides in more detaildifference between steak and seared steak! Steak turned out good but had to order the whole steak not the slices. I will try again because the location and the food was good overall"

"I do not leave many negative reviews. but this time, I'm taking a break. I called at 8:10 to command you. they do not answer. I'm passing because it's 5 minutes away. there are more employees there than customers, and they go to me and ignore me otherwise. I'm confused, why with 4 employees standing around, that nobody is able to answer the phone. Finally, the bartender makes his way forward and tells me that they are closed, and at 8:30. I see my watch. it's clear I was there at 8:20. Online shows are open until 9:30. but it is a simple order. these youngs are clearly checked. another nearby Asian restaurant called and my meal picked up at 8:35. I will now leave a positive assessment there. I guess they won't be long. it's a shame that I liked the sushi, but won't be back."

"I had a bento box lunch that was one of the top ten meals I've ever eaten. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere quiet and easy. "We probably hit the busier time, although many tables still open. The wait on being seated to one of the open tables, and ordering was too long. Despite many to go orders, it did appear the cook got our food out in a reasonable amount of time, and it was good. There seemed to be one server who was polite and getting everyone service (server number 7).
