"I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I was looking forward to trying it out, but it was not worth the visit. Our drinks took a long time to arrive, and our food took even longer. It took 40 minutes for a salad and a chicken wrap to be served, and both dishes had tough and dry chicken. The host had unfriendly customer service, the waiter seemed confused and didn't know how to split checks, and the wait staff repeatedly brought entrees to our table that were not ours. Another customer had to yell to find out who the food belonged to. It was clear that the staff was struggling, and it seemed like the management team was not providing much support on a busy Saturday."
