"this visit was terrible! from the nasty recipe to the close hour it needed to get our food, it was ridiculous! the only bright spot was justin, the manager. obviously they are very short staff, especially in the kitchen. this seems what other restaurants are experiencing. Maybe they need to increase the berths? the other problem is that the “To Go” orders are in the same hurry as the dunes in, so that a huge backup causes when 70% of the orders go. there must be a better system. we are very frustrated, as we love pf chang but can not wait so long for eating and moderate service. the manager was great, but."
