"I made an online reservation through Open Table online for Arugula on Bridge Ave for a party of last Saturday night. I was fully aware that Arugula has another location at the White Sands Hotel in Point Pleasant Beach. We have eaten at both locations and prefer the Bridge Ave., Point Pleasant site. I received a reservation confirmation for the Bridge Ave. location. Our group arrived just prior to our pm reservation only to find a Closed sign on the door. I'm sure you can imagine our disappointment and annoyance when we realized we did not have a dinner reservation, on a Saturday night in July at the shore. I will think twice before using Open Table again"
