From the moment I spoke with a wonderfully helpful gentleman on the phone, I knew I was in expert hands. The advice I received on what to order was spot-on, enhancing the entire dining experience from afar.The Family Feast was, without exaggeration, the best meal of my life! It was a masterful display of culinary artistry. If there were a Michelangelo of Middle Eastern food, it would surely be the chefs at Alina’s. The feast included perfectly seasoned Tabbouleh Salad, crispy Falafel, refreshing Cucumber with Yogurt, smoky Baba Ganoush, savory Sambousik, and creamy Hummus, all served on a generous bed of fragrant rice. The six kebabs—two chicken, two beef, and two kafta—were grilled to perfection, each bite bursting with flavor.I couldn't resist adding extra pita bread to scoop up every last bit of their heavenly garlic sauce, and the Baklava? Oh, the Baklava! It was a sweet, flaky, nutty finale to a feast fit for royalty.
