"I typically like dining at Ruby Tuesday, but this time was a disappointment. I was out of town and had higher expectations for this chain. I decided to try the lobster carbonara, which includes tender lobster blended with a Parmesan cream sauce, spring peas, chopped bacon, and linguini pasta. Unfortunately, the lobster pieces were difficult to find and the portion size was small. The dish was dry, almost as if it had been reheated in the microwave."
