"Like, YEAH Bianca, I get it girl. Y’all can COOK!! The layers of flavors, omg. We ordered the Memory Burger , The Chop Cheese, some fries, cheese curds, and lemonade. (Bless y’all for seeing the mods, No onion! The burgers were phenomenal, the best burger in Chicago at this price point. Get the Aioli with the fries, this place does it right for my sauce girls. The peppery pale orange sauce is great, could ask for slightly more thousand island on the memory burger, slightly less mustard on the Chop Cheese. 10 stars, we will happily order again.Great customer service, they called us directly when seamless messed up and canceled our order by saying the restaurant was closed at 4:30.I’m so glad she called! We got to reorder and the food arrived quickly. Edit/update: Second time, My wife says this is the best chop cheese in all of Chicago. (Take note Cardi B, you won’t be disappointed girl! Their burgers are outstanding in general, we haven’t been able to get off the burgers list to try any other food yet- but make no mistake: Bianca has the FLAVOR. Fabulous service, excellent fries. I wish they had a crunchy cookie for desert, or a malt? Maybe old timey candy… the Memory burger has me feeling nostalgic. Will Bianca’s get a brunch menu? We hope so, I bet her crab cake benedict would be a religious experience."
