"Really really disappointing. Food was cold. Prices were a bit high. Waitress was kind but we had to wait a very long time for each item. Pork shank was way too salty and clearly leftovers from previous evenings. Vegetables tasteless. We opted out on dessert. It’s a casino! It is not an inviting restaurant as pictured on open table. Oh, and lots and f cigarette smoke at the entrance. So much so our clothes smelled of tobacco smoke when we got home. They really need to do some major changes"

"that was our second time in the mill. the first was exceptional in terms of service and eating. this time it was also wonderful, especially the watermelon bruschetta and snuggle. if we hadn't experienced such a big service yet, we wouldn't have thought twice this time. the mill seems to be a place that makes itself proud of its creative dishes, and I felt that this server did not capture that. we ordered a cheeseboard and two apps and planned to blow up before our meals. our meals came while we were about halfway through our first cure. the server that brought our main course expressed frustration that our main server had hastened everything."

"We ordered crab fried rice, bbq beef, drunken noodle and thai iced tea. The bbq beef was a bit pricey and also not that good but everything else was. Crab fried rice stood out. It was really good, I highly recommend it. The staff working there were very friendly and respectful. We called and asked when they close at. It was a sunday night so they said they cant take anyone after 11:15 pm. We were 5 minutes late and the kitchen was about to close but they still let us dine in. You cant find such nice staff these days who care about their customer’s satisfaction, especially the hostess there. Keep up the good work."

"Service was. 5 stars! Food was 3 stars…. The brunch pot pie says it has gravy and bacon, but our had neither. It also included peppers and onions that was not on the menu. We would not have ordered it if we had known. The flavor was meh! There was also not a lot of eggs or sausage in it. Very disappointed in the food. However, my wife got a Sammy with potatoes, the potatoes were the bomb! We saw several others that got the dirty bird Sammy and we will try it next time!"

"Pit stop before enjoying the holidays on the trolley. We had a great experience with Hawk that made me want to share my overall experience here. We had a lost phone in our group and at the end of the night I asked Hawk if I can share my number with him in case it turned up; he could contact me. He was glad to do so and we went on our way. Today, the next day, I received a note from him sharing that it hadn’t turned up. I felt bad because we found it later in the night, it was with another friend, and I never made him aware that it turned up. Hawk definitely took our experience to another level, showing his care and commitment to us, knowing how important finding the misplaced phone was. This was definitely above and beyond and MUCH appreciated.Looking back at our time there, this gesture of kindness was above and beyond our other positive experiences while there, specifically with Hawk. From him doing his job in a kind, professional way from the minute we got there as he advised us of the outside beverage policy (and kindly pointed out the bar where we bought a round) and kept an eye on our BYOB drinks for the trolley, to him taking a nice group pic of our party and just being kind in pointing us around while we were there etc; Hawk made our experience BETTER!Thank you for choosing such a kind person to represent your company in the right way.
