"It wasn’t the best tasting Vietnamese food. I would say I was one of the worst I tried in the US. Soups supposed to be hot not warm. Especially if it contains raw meet that needs to be cooked. I also didn’t like the taste.So, I decided not to tip at all. I strongly believe it’s a 100% personal decision whether to tip or not. Again, I decided NOT TO. But the waiter or manager( I have no idea who the guy was) told me they will charge me 18% anyway. I was VERY surprised of his impudence and asked him not to. But, he told me again and this time very aggressively that they will charge me 18% extra and right after that started speaking his native language to other workers. Most likely about me.P.S. You’re already making good money on selling just food. In addition, your ingredients are cheap. So, don’t complain please."
