"NAVY MIRAH THE REST OF THE STAFF IS AMAZING. I had a horrible experience 30 minutes earlier at Starbucks where they basically made me wait for a simple order and then said they were out of the item then didn't even offer a refund....well I decided on Stella Nova and the folks behind the counter heard my story and went above and beyond to make sure I got an ice coffee. Always have a great experience here and the employees make me feel welcomed....unlike some greedy corporate coffee chains..."
