"I will say our server did a tremendous job. He explained he was busy, but still took the time to give us a rundown of the company, the restaurant, and the food preparation. 5 stars to him. For the food itself, the wings were great. Cooked perfectly, and the molasses BBQ was awesome. The blackened salmon salad was underwhelming. A plate full of lettuce with a piece of over-cookee, under-seasoned salmon. Just wasn't worth it. Presentation on the Mac N Cheese was good, however, as blasphemous as it sounds, there was just too much cheese. A good thick sauce with a light melted topping would have been perfect. The pesto style drizzle on top also added a strange taste I wasn't a huge fan of. I'd like to go back and try their lamb burger at some point, as I've yet to see anything like it in town. So we'll see "
