"the service was excellent. our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, without being overlaid, intrusive or annoying. the menu had enough options and variety. eating was excellent and the old fashion was really well done. the menu is just a bit high, but is certainly not inappropriate for the quality they receive and in consideration of the market and comparable restaurants. I feel like the drinks and the wee were too expensive. of the four people on our party were all very satisfied with eating and experience. the restaurant itself and the decor are very attractive, as the hotel it is in and the city where it is located. overall katharine’s brasserie is excellent and I would definitely go back and I would recommend it."

"Everything was tasty but the English muffins in the Benedict weren’t fresh and the bacon was overcooked. They need to up their game a little to keep up with newer French Brasserie Bardot."

"We were looking for a late night place to eat and the Wine Dive was perfect. We had an amazing bottle of wine and the eclectic menu suited both of us. Each of our dishes was amazing. I highly recommend the spinach salad and the beef and broccoli. My husband's meal was excellent as well. The Wine Dive is now one of our go-to restaurants."

And the ambience is super charming. Go here! This time we ordered the melon soup, the ricotta pancakes, and the duck confit with “foieffles.” The menu is always changing and very creative. (We would have ordered dessert but we felt very full!)Make a reservation and go here! Today!Parking: Its Boston, go prepared. Unless you are going to pay for a garage, arrive early. "Drove 30 minutes to get to the restaurant after reservation on Open Table only to find the place empty, locked and out of the store. Also a reservation confirmation from Open Table."

"Everything about this place is right. From feeling welcome to the attentiveness of the servers, and the unbelievably delicious food ... together an experience I soon won't forget. The pork tenderloin was superb as was the Cauli mac and I just couldn’t get enough of the beef tartare. And the cocktails are made to perfection – the Old Havel can easily become an old habit. Caleb even made me a Mint Julep upon request. Andy, the GM, has hired a great staff of dedicated professionals. Quite the restaurant experience!"

"Food and service were great. The only thing that bothered me was the bathroom had no hand towels, no urinal, Do I really need to touch a public toilet seat, and service staff were using the restroom. Bouloud can afford for his staff to have their own facilities ."

"A completely dishonest 5-star rating! The food was amazing for all 4 of us who met for brunch. The cocktails were on site and the service was friendly and competent. I had the Corned Beef Hash that was as far from the normal Diner version as you can imagine. The picture shows more, but these were large pieces of fresh corned beef, potatoes and vegetables, with perfectly fried eggs on the side. I also asked for Hollandaise sauce on the side, and I highly recommend that it creamy, perfectly seasoned, and delicious! The hash was tastier when the image can convey. My wife had no joke about the old Grains salad, which was presented on the plate as an art piece, see the picture! For vegetarians this is a heavenly dish, and for those who are not, it is definitely worth trying. We also had several cocktails, including the Blueberry mule, the Moimosa and the Irish coffee. Trust me when I say that everything you order will be amazing. You need to make reservations to come, believe me, do it and experience this place. It's fantastic! We come back and try some other articles."

"On point. COVID-19 seating accommodations were excellent. You actually feel like you have the place all to yourself at times. Went for lunch and they are now serving their special Bistro menu from noon on. Drinks were super good... Service was just right. Hanger steak was delicious, tried the new oysters Po Boy sandwich. Concept itself was good but to be 100% honnest the fried oysters were a little bit fishy and possibly not super fresh. I totally get it with stocking/ordering shellfish during the covid slow down can be tricky. Remulade was interesting, sweet and almost fermented but I personally think a homemade mayonnaise ailo or fresh dill tartar sauce would be better. Just my foodie two cents here. Overall a great experience."

"Sadly, as a first customer didn’t feel welcomed at all. My waiter was a bit clunky and not real professional. My table ticked back and forth even after invading to ask for an adjustment. The food was sub par and overpriced for what was gotten. Lack of flavor, salad was missing taste and escargot was bland and very small. Wherever they’re sourcing their snails they need to change vendors because ultra tiny and bad for business. Coffee was also sub par. Sad because it’s a lovely setting with old world charm but entirely misses the mark. I suspect from what observed they count on the neighborhood regulars who come in for a glass of wine and dinner. I also didn’t have my table bussed, had to move my finished plate out of the way. The management needs to get off their high horse and pay attention to these details. Not sure if I’ll return nor give recommendation to friends."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mon Ami Gabi, a French restaurant located in Reston. It was a brunch date with my wife, and I must say, the experience was delightful from start to finish. Mon Ami Gabi not only offers a charming ambiance that transports you to a Parisian bistro but also delivers exceptional cuisine and innovative drink options. Let's begin with the food. Don't skip on French onion soup! The steak frites we ordered were simply outstanding. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, and bursting with flavor. The accompanying fries were crispy and accompanied by a delectable sauce that enhanced the overall dish. Equally impressive was the roast salmon served in a pea and asparagus puree. The salmon was impeccably cooked, moist, and flaky, while the puree added a delightful freshness to the dish. It's safe to say that both dishes left us thoroughly satisfied. When it comes to the drink selection, Mon Ami Gabi truly excels. For those who enjoy alcoholic beverages, the French martini and French 75 are highly recommended. These drinks take classic recipes and add an innovative twist, resulting in a delightful and refreshing experience. The French martini, with its blend of vodka, raspberry liqueur, and pineapple juice, was both sweet and tangy, while the French 75, made with gin, lemon juice, sugar, and topped with champagne, offered a sophisticated and bubbly sensation."

"the cocktails were wonderful. the escargot was in order, but I would have preferred it in the bowl with melted butter and garlic. total were the appetizers (we had 3 different,) but the portions were tiny. the deencomfit was very dry and the pommes fries were quite tasteless. the muddles were terrible. the deserts were wonderful. service was excellent. I would recommend for cocktails, appetizers and desserts."

"First time diners, and wow, this place was amazing. Our server Gabriella was awesome, friendly, honest and helped us make some great choices for food! The staff was attentive and friendly and of course the food was amazing. Their seafood starter had perfectly done scallops, sweet king crab cut open so I didn’t make a mess of myself! The dry aged rib eye was an amazing steak, cooked perfectly, and so tasty! We had the chocolate bread pudding for dessert which was also amazing! And the drinks … Gabriellas suggestions for wine was so good my wife made me take her to buy a few bottles after and I had the oak smoked ok’d fashioned which was one of the best old fashions I have ever had! My wife who doesn’t like whiskey said she would drink their old fashion!! And the manager George stopped by our table and was so nice! Well run operation and amazing food 5 stars all the way!!"

"The food at this restaurant was truly exceptional. We enjoyed a delicious cheese souffle, fantastic mussels, and a decadent chocolate souffle. The manager, Ryan, was very attentive and provided great recommendations for both wine and food. Although the service was a bit slow, the overall experience of a traditional French meal and charming atmosphere made up for it. We highly recommend dining at Cognac!"

"Ignore the negative reviews! My wife and I had an outstanding experience. We had made a reservation for an outdoor table, but rain threatened and the staff were happy to find us a great table indoors. Service was professional, very friendly and prompt. Food was excellent and our server, Sergio, happily accommodated our requests for substations on our sides. He also recommended wine by the glass that was very good and reasonably priced. Next time we’re in Denver it will be our first stop for dinner!"
