"I came into the Resteraunt around 430 in the afternoon...Was greeted very rudely by Michelle (picture of her hiding face) who told me she couldn't seat me and she would put me on a wait list. The resteraunt was 90 percent empty...I asked why and sherudely said she had no one to wait on me for at least 15 minutes.....I said I could wait at a table as I was in no hurry...Shesaid it was policy that she coul not do that...I asked to see a Manager who tried to back her up...As this was happening Augusta the excellent waitress said I could be seated in her section....I was begrudgingly brought over by Michelle thehostess. THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE ATTITUDE OF MICHELLE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN AN APPLEBEES SHE IS NOT FITFOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB ANYWHERE I eat At a lot of APPLEBEES and generally enjoy .....Not this one"

"The waitress was fantastic, the service was good, and the food was excellent! This restaurant is great for a nice lunch. The price is reasonable, between $20-30 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch and I highly recommend trying the Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara Sauce, Wonton Chicken Tacos, and the Quesadilla Burger. Parking was also convenient with plenty of space available."

"I haven't been to Applebee's in about 15 years. I think I associated this place to a time when I didn't have much money. My hubby and I were pleasantly surprised that the food was crazy good. The drinks were large and the desserts were tasty. The garlic green beans were delicious! Ordered an extra side of them to go. We went late on a Tuesday night so service wasn't an issue."

"Uncomfortable chairs for a party of 7. The waiter gave his name immediately which I liked. Great job! I asked for certain items which were forgotten. No plates brought out to share spinach and artichoke dip. Portion of ratio to the chips and dip and salsa was off. Next, my fettuccini Alfredo and blackened shrimp dish was dry and lacked the sauce. I was brought more sauce though. Lastly, desserts were ordered and everyone who ordered dessert was missing something. The waiter argued with our party stating everything was there. They literally had to show him what was missing. Totally not acceptable and had I been paying, I would have been speaking to a manager. So in the end what should have been a positive experience turned bad! I will upload pictures if I still have them. Oh, and terrible house salad by the way!"

"The restaurant was really clean. They were practicing efforts established for Covid-19. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful and if we needed anything he was right there and happy to help. The lady who seated us was not so nice. She did not smile one time taking us to our table and was not friendly in any bit of the word. I am not sure she knew what manners were. The food was good and done to order. All in all it was a pretty good experience. We went late and were served quickly. The two people who who waiters took care of everyone and it was a very enjoyable time. They were fast and friendly. The place was clean. The food was really good."

"I have eaten so often here, but after my experience tonight I will never go back! our order was not arrived. our server has not even checked us. another server had to refill us. our appetizers lasted an hour to get out (the were salate) we waited so long that we had to say something, even then we waited another 30 minutes and then asked that they all go to cover a hard cold steaks with acidic! finally we told them that we don't even want to eat everything for them to recharge us! the whole situation has brought us too late in our movie! it is also Valentine's Day! we never come back here again!"

"we lived here for over 4 years and this was our first time at the place. it was later on a Friday night and the place was pretty busy. had to wait about 10-15 minutes, so not too bad. ordered the hunch won ton taco appetizer. it was very good, but overpriced for four tiny tacos. $10) my man ordered the ribeye steak and I got the three cheesy chicken penny. his steak was just okay, but my pasta was absolutely fabulous. I could eat that every day. will definitely go back to get it back. the brotstick was quite tasteless. our waitress hailey was also wonderful. friendly. contempt, without vibrating. bought refills before our drinks completely expired. we really appreciate the quality of the service as well as eating. I have to admit that dinner was much better than I expected for a big chain restaurant."

"We were informed that we were not allowed to be served alcohol on Sun until 12pm, per the manager. Yet the manager was speaking with two of his friends at the bar. One with a beer and one with a mixed drink!!! Funny how the rules are only for some people! Rules for thee and not for me, or my friends!!!Needless to say,.. we ordered med rare on both our steak and burger, both were WELL done, so much do that the bottom of my burger had hardened black char on it. They were soooo generous to comp ONE whole meal!One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life, TRUTH!! Dine here at your own risk, and if you truly want to throw your money away."

"My family was on a road trip from Florida back to Wisconsin and we needed a quick dinner before we went to bed for the night. We stopped at this Applebees for something easy. The food wasn’t anything to go crazy over, but it was pretty decent. Our waitress was Taylor B and she was a fantastic young lady. She was very polite and helpful the whole time we were there. The place was basically empty which was nice because most of the attention was on us. Overall it was a decently pleasant experience."

"I went to Applebees with my mom for lunch. The place was very clean and the hostess was very nice. Our server was friendly and took our order right away. We ordered the 2 for 25. We got the spinach artichoke dip as the appetizer, and for our entrees, my mom got the classic cheeseburger and I got the chicken finger platter. The spinach artichoke dip came out fast and was nice and warm. Shortly after we received our food and it was delicious and warm. The fries were nicely seasoned, the bun to the hamburger was toasted to perfection and the chicken fingers were seasoned nicely. The staff and managers were friendly and were very attentive if we needed more napkins and/or refills on our drinks. Overall experience was great! Highly recommend coming here!"

"We were seated right away. Our waitress was very friendly, pleasant, and outgoing. Great service. My only gripe was that I ordered the quesadilla burger and it came with onions. I'm not an onion person lol. Also Oreo milkshake wasn't to my liking. But overall the food was great. I'd definitely recommend this Apple Bee's if you're ever in Atlantic City."

"Finished my day with a lunch where I ordered my usual Cajun baked salmon and my sister ordered her chicken wrap. The young lady who waited on us conversed with us. After finishing and paying my sister and I were still conversing and no one rushed us out of the booth. They gave us our time to get to know one another and for that I was grateful.Food was fabulous as usual!!!"

"Excellent service! You really have this new facility up to the letter. Server/Bar Backs/Bartenders are all incredibly communicative. The waiting list is also completely text-based; easy to walk sitting in the car while you wait. Not yet the _greatest_ food on the planet, but it meets the comfort level a lot. Oh, but their half expensive apps are back!"

"I had a really good southwest shrimp salad, but we also had an issue with a medium burger that was definitely medium well... and the bottom of the burger was charred. The fries were also a lot cooler than they should have been. We don 't send food back to the kitchen in places like this typically, so we ate it. The service was very good otherwise and the customers were spread out nicely and not to close to us andbit was a quiet place!"

"I’m not really one to complain too much unless there’s something very wrong with my food or the server is rude but that was not the case. We did stand in the entranceway with 5 to 7 other people waiting for somebody to seat us. I was the 2nd in a party of 2, But anyway I decided to run to the restroom to wash my hands while we waited. I could tell that they were short staffed since half the restaurant was closed, and I can see the servers stress, so I didn’t give it too much thought. In the restroom, and I have included pictures, I immediately decided I could not eat here. This is gross. I can’t even wash my hands with soap and feel like they are clean after seeing and almost touching this. We decided to leave. Truth is I don’t think anybody even noticed."
