"Always wonderful and nostalgic, this is the ONLY place I can find that will let you shuck your own oysters. Location, ambience, and good food all come together to make this place one of the most authentic beach restaurants ever. I grew up at or near the beach, and so much has changed with more and more people showing up and building condos and restaurants with zero soul. Slider's is one of the few places left, a bastion of how the old beach was. The food is fresh and good, and my FAVORITE time to go is during a slow time (typically around when they first open on weekdays, before folks come in later for dinner). Sit outside and enjoy eating fresh seafood right across the street from the ocean. People watch. Enjoy a drink. Prices are so reasonable and you can't find this place anywhere else. It's always like coming home for a meal at Slider's."
