"We decided to dine at this restaurant because of its excellent food and great staff. Prior to our visit, we called to inquire about half-price appetizers and were told that they were indeed available. We ended up ordering only appetizers, wings, and desserts. However, when we received the bill, we were shocked to see that only half of the wings were discounted. Manager Elaina informed us that they were only apologizing for the mistake halfway. Despite receiving incorrect information twice, we were not compensated in any way. Despite this disappointment, we want to give a shoutout to our wonderful and attentive waitress, Natalie."
