"I placed an online order for pickup at this restaurant. They initially said it would be ready in 30 minutes, but it ended up taking 50 minutes. I waited outside for 20 minutes because the sign instructed me to stand there, and there was no space provided or explanation given for the delay. When I finally received my food, it was overcooked and cold. I felt that a frozen pizza would have been a better option in terms of taste, cost, and speed. Additionally, the bottom of the food box was covered in a sticky sauce that ended up getting all over my hands and car seat. Perhaps dining in at the restaurant would provide a better experience, but based on my pickup experience, I do not recommend trying their takeout service."
