The place was bustling, and we had to wait in line to place our takeout order (they only do takeaways), but it was definitely worth it! The packaging for the takeaway is nice, and the small plastic test tubes used for the topping sauces are adorable. It's not easy to find a spot in the market's common area to enjoy your food, but the vegan sushi is truly innovative. The combination of textures and flavors in their sushi creations will delight your taste buds and stimulate various pleasure centers in your brain. In other words, you need to try Beyond Sushi!"
