"I would've liked to have given Sushi Track five stars, but when we went the track was not operational. I won't speak for anyone else, but the appeal to me of track sushi is convenience, as compared to a typical sir down restaurant. That being said, we weren't disappointed with anything we ordered. We got udon noodles, sashimi platter, seared and standard salmon nigiri, and we had no complaints. Very solid!"
